This AP Psychology session will be for new and veteran AP Psychology teachers, and will include an update and overview of the entire College Board curriculum, the newest areas of emphasis noted by the College Board, and many “Best Practices” that make even the hardest units fun for students. Course members will participate in hands-on activities through a variety of mini-lessons. Topics will be drawn from the College Board Acorn book with a particular focus on changes in content requirements, strategies for multiple-choice questions and for skills for the successful writing of free-responses as required on the AP Psychology Exam. We will discuss how to build and recruit for an AP elective.
