Yes, please refer to our instructions for paying by PO.
You can cancel your registration without penalty up to 2 weeks before the start of the event. Participants will be charged a $75 fee if cancellation is done within two weeks of the course start date.
Free parking will be provided to all AP Summer Institute attendees. You will receive an email a week before the start of the workshop providing you with parking information.
If you are interested in registering for the graduate credit option, please fill out the online Visiting Student Registration Form, and email us to receive your special permission number.
Participants who register for graduate credit will be required to complete an additional written assignment to be submitted in the weeks following the workshop.
You must have your purchase order number prior to registering to confirm proof of payment. Registration is not complete until you register online through our system.

Purchase orders and credit cards are accepted at the checkout process. Please read our instructions for purchase order payments. Students registering for the graduate credit option must confirm their attendance on the Student Accounting website.

Rutgers APSI workshops will be accessible via the learning management system, Canvas. For best performance, Canvas should be used on the current or first previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Because it's built using web standards, Canvas runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or any other device with a modern web browser. Canvas only requires an operating system that can run the latest compatible web browsers. Your computer operating system should be kept up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.
The non-credit online tuition is $900.
The non-credit in person tuition is $1,050 per participant OR $900 per person when three participants are sent from the same district. Please note, in order to receive the discount for three or more participants, all participants must be listed on the same purchase order.
The cost of Graduate Tuition is in addition to non-credit program fee.
NJ RESIDENTS
$757.50 per credit, or $2,272.50 for three credits, plus the Summer Session Student Fee of $162.00.
OUT-OF-STATE RESIDENTS
$1287.50 per credit, or $3,862.50 for three credits, plus the Summer Session Student Fee of $162.00.
All necessary professional learning materials and shipping are included with domestic registration. International Participants (outside of the U.S.) will be charged international shipping rates.
We will issue a 100% refund for cancellations requested no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start date; only substitutions will be accepted thereafter.
Please note that cancellations received 14 days before the event will be charged for materials and shipping.
To avoid late registration fees, please register early. A late fee of $75 will be added to registrations received two weeks prior to the event. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that registrations received 3 weeks before the start date of the workshop will receive books on time.

Rutgers University APSI will be offering one course in person at Point Pleasant Beach in 2022, the rest of the courses will be online.
